Dead of Winter

It is almost the end of February. The sun is at a more hopeful angle in the sky. Spring WILL come, sooner rather than later.  What is going on in Marshall, VA as 2013 gains momentum?  Well it is up to someone reading this to comment.  Even better talk to us about being the administrator of this site.
